The Park Ave Penthouse project has been one of ongoing discovery. Over almost a decade, we have evolved an art collection that incorporates custom pieces to tell this family’s story. Along with fine art sourcing, this project also welcomed custom fabrication work, designing a pair of custom ottomans to accentuate the view and invite guests to fill space as the client hoped. We even created a replica of Brancusi’s ‘Bird in Space’. This project represents the joy and freedom we can access when designing and refining the space we live in.

The Park Ave Penthouse has been one of those uniquely rewarding projects that has grown alongside our relationship with the family who calls it home. Over nearly a decade, we've had the opportunity to continually refine the space, layering in meaningful works of art and custom pieces that tell their story in a way that feels deeply personal. From sourcing fine art to designing a pair of custom ottomans that invite conversation while framing the incredible views, every addition has been guided by how the family lives and gathers. One of the most rewarding moments was creating a custom replica of Brancusi's Bird in Space, a piece that perfectly captures the balance of timeless artistry and modern elegance that defines the home.
What continues to inspire us most is the feeling of the space itself. Flooded with natural light and surrounded by soaring skyline views, the penthouse has an openness that immediately feels calm, bright, and welcoming. Our role was never just to furnish the rooms, but to shape an environment that feels effortless for entertaining while remaining comfortable enough for everyday life. This project is a reminder that the most meaningful interiors aren't created all at once, they evolve over time, becoming richer, more personal, and more reflective of the people who live within them.
