The Tribeca Loft Project

Luminosity, easy elegance, and joy decorate this sun soaked family home. A full remodel let custom artwork, layered wall treatments, and fun flowing patterns come together inviting comfort and coolness from wall to wall.

About the Tribeca Loft Project

Designed for modern family living, we paired refined materials with playfully personal details in this downtown loft. Sunlight moves easily through the home, highlighting custom furnishings, rich textures, and a carefully selected mix of statement lighting and one-of-a-kind finishes. From the antique mirror wall to unexpectedly playful wall treatments and elevated custom upholstery work, every element was chosen to create a home that feels artful, comfortable, and distinctly personal.
A full-home remodel allowed the design to unfold with cohesion across the loft. In the main living spaces, custom wall and window treatments add softness, pattern, and visual depth. Artwork plays a central role in the home’s identity, centering two commissioned paintings by Austin-based contemporary artist Caroline Pinney, shaping a collection that feels integrated into each design element and the story of the home as a whole.
